TARA SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Purchase
Thank you for shopping with us!
When you make a purchase, we will endeavor to process and ship your order within one (1) to three (3) business days within Metro Manila and seven (7) to ten (10) days outside Metro Manila. Currently, we only accept the following payment methods for all purchases: cash on delivery, payment upon pick-up, credit card, bank transfer, and Gcash.
The delivery time for each product can be found on the product page. You are responsible for reading the full product listing of the item before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your purchase.
You agree that VAT, shipping fees, and similar charges collected at the time of purchase are estimated values and are subject to change depending on local laws.
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs of an ordered product are dependent on the size and weight of the items, which will be displayed on the product detail page or order page.
To return your product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (+63) 9958229002 and kindly include the reason why you wish to return your item. Our customer service agent will reply and instruct you within 24 hours upon receipt of your email on how to ship your item back to us.
Alternatively, you may return the product at our shipping address. We accept both land shipping and air cargo shipping; however, please ensure that your returned item is shipped correctly at the address below.

You can always arrange for pickup and delivery.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the products you ordered. Information with regard to shipping charges can be viewed upon order completion on the order checkout option on our online store. 4. Is it possible to edit or cancel my order?
Every customer has the right to edit or cancel his order. However, you can only cancel your order before the order is shipped for delivery; this way, we can easily initiate a refund back to your payment method.
To edit your order and shipping address, you can use your account settings to change your shipping address during the checkout process. Just click “edit” below “shipping address” and there you go!
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, you have the privilege to track your order. We will send you the tracking code of your shipment to your email when your parcel is sent.
