TARA RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Overview

At Tara, we are highly passionate about what we do, and we want to make your return and exchange as easy as possible. Return and exchange requests must be communicated to us within seven (7) days from receipt of the item. The item, to be eligible for return and exchange, must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt. Beyond the seven-day return and exchange period, Tara shall decline any request.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

For customers of the Tara store, the return and exchange policy applies in the following circumstances only:

  • Defective or damaged item;
  • Delivered item does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, wrong color); or
  • Delivered item is materially different from the description provided in the product listing.

Tara will review your Return-and-Exchange Request on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine if your request is approved or denied.

A Return-and-Exchange may only be requested once.

2. Procedure

The procedure for the return and exchange shall be as follows:

a. Return-and-exchange request must be emailed to tara.marketingph@gmail.com within a period of seven days from the receipt of the item;

b. The email shall contain the following:

  • The receipt or proof of purchase
  • The image or video proof of the wrong, damaged, or faulty item(s)

c. Tara will endeavor to respond to the request within 48 hours from receipt thereon.

d. Upon Tara’s confirmation that the item is eligible for return-and-exchange, the same must be returned to:

Note:

  • The item(s) shall be in its original condition, (i.e., with all boxes, packaging, documentation, etc.) and must be shipped within a period of three days from Tara’s advice.
  • Shipment costs shall be for the account of the clients.

e. Upon receipt of the item(s) and approval of Tara, a replacement of a correct and/or new item(s) shall be initiated. You will be notified via e-mail about the exchange status and any possible price adjustments which ought to be settled prior to the next shipment of the item(s).

2. No-Refund-Policy

Tara strictly follows a no-refund policy, except when return-and-exchange is not possible due to the unavailability of originally purchased items, and subject to Tara’s approval.

Should a refund be made, it will be initiated through your credit card or the original payment method. You shall receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we processed and approved your refund request.

3. Reservation

Tara reserves the right to approve or deny any request for return-and-exchange, and/or refund.

4. Product Disclaimer and Warranty

At Tara, we try as much as possible to provide detailed product information and description. If you purchase an item in the store, then you are responsible for checking the product’s condition upon receipt.

We at Tara are not responsible for one’s interpretation of the intended uses and outcomes of any item.
